Forgetting a child in the back seat of a hot, parked car is a horrifying, inexcusable mistake. But is it a crime?It’s agonising to see how everyone related, from the dead to the family, suffers (yes, I feel that denial / nonchalance is just one of the ways people deal with it - It can’t possibly not hurt) when something like this happens. There is no single victim, for everyone is one.
